Pastors Rick, Reba and their youngest son, Joey
John 10:27
In 2015, Rick knew that the Lord was calling him into full time ministry. He also knew he was being called to serve in the place where he was born and where he spent his early childhood - in Hawaii. At the time, Rick, Reba, and their sons, Ricky and Joey, were living in Tulsa Oklahoma!
Rick and Reba were prepared for this new chapter in their lives. Rick graduated from Victory Bible College in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Reba from Christ for the Nations in Dallas, Texas. Rick and Reba have served on staff at Victory Church in Tulsa, as coordinators of the Victory World Missions Training Center. Rick also served as the International Crusade Directory and Missions Director for Victory Christian Center. Reba has led teams of women to do women's conferences in Finland, Estonia, Italy and Romania. Over the past 15 years, they have served in 32 nations ministering the love of God by leading teams in evangelism in outreach, to orphanages, prisons, attending leaders and women's conferences.
Faithfully obeying the Lord’s call on their lives and laying aside justifiable concerns about the logistics and the potential upheaval of such a big move, they sold their home and most of their belongings and moved away from lifelong friends and family in Tulsa to start a new life in full-time ministry in Hawaii. The Lord too has been faithful; Rick and Reba have been welcomed and blessed by their Hawaii Ohana (family) and now call Hawaii their home.
Rick and Reba have a vision to reach the next generation with the Gospel and to help others to fulfill their God-given purpose. This vision resulted in the launch of a new church,Victory Hawaii in September of 2018. Today, Victory Hawaii, under the committed leadership of Co-Pastors Rick and Reba, is equipping, encouraging and empowering people to bring Kingdom influence to the world through the healing love of Jesus.
